With a degree in law from Alexandria University in Egypt, Eslam worked as a prominent advocate in Egypt for 7 years. Having moved to the UAE, Eslam worked as a legal researcher and court clerk in prominent Dubai based law firms for more than 5 years, including that of Abdullatif Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants. With over 12 years’ legal experience, Eslam specializes in civil, employment, real estate, criminal and family matters.
Eslam has extensive experience in following up procedures before courts and other governmental and non-governmental authorities within the UAE and has a proven track record in providing critical assistance to both lawyers and clients by providing important discovery documents, depositions, research, liaising with court clerks, undertaking investigations and overall legal assistance. Eslam is also responsible for following up with court notifications, case registrations, execution proceedings, submitting court applications & requests, and all types of follow ups before governmental or private entities on behalf of clients, including Federal Courts, Police Stations and Municipalities all over United Arab Emirates.
