Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bani Sweif University and with experience working as a Paralegal in prominent local law firms in the UAE, Mohamed is instrumental in liaising with clients and partner lead law firms, and drafting legal notices and contracts as well as certain claim statements. Mohamed is licensed to appear before all court levels in Egypt, including Courts of Appeal. also holds a Professional Diploma in Legal Translation from the American University in Egypt.
Mohamed is an efficient, experienced and action-oriented legal professional with extensive experience in handling a wide scope of litigation matters (such as construction, employment and commercial) from inception to completion, including legal review, identifying supporting documents (including technical documents), liaising with experts and representing clients before experts and preparing court submissions.
